LTSA Student Assistant with focus on Business In­tel­li­gence

Excellent opportunity for the Finance, Business Analytics or Business Intelligence student wanting to gain experience in Data Management and Analysis for our MAN ES LTSA Department

Do you have a strong financial understanding combined with an analytical and business-oriented mindset? Do you have strong IT skills and the ability to process data and conceptualize it into analytical reports? Then you might be our new Business Intelligence Student Assistant.

You will play an important role in:

MAN PrimeServ is looking for a high-performing and eager-to-grow Finance, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence (or similar) student to support our Long terms Sales Agreement Department.

You strive to deliver best-in-class results, independently gather data and conceptualize them into analytical reports
As a Student Assistant, you will be a key member of our team, supporting the organization's data needs by assisting with data management and analysis tasks, as well as supporting the implementation and maintenance of business intelligence tools and systems. The individual in this role will have the opportunity to work with a variety of data sources and technologies and will play a key role in helping the organization make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.

Furthermore, you like to communicate to understand, deliver and improve the current status.

More specifically, you will as a LTSA Student Assistant:

• Develop, optimize and maintain data-driven analytical performance tracking reports in Power BI
• Cleanse and structure raw data in order to improve analytical reports
• Provide in-depth analysis of a broad range of business activities
• Create and support the LTSA Business units with ad hoc reports and analyses as needed

We imagine that you:

• Are currently an enrolled student at a business school or university within the field of Finance, Business Analytics or Business Intelligence (or similar). Ideally, you are about to complete your Bachelor’s, and plan to start your master's degree
• Possess a strong financial understanding and have highly evolved analytical skills
• Have experience in data visualization in Power BI, Tableau or similar
• Have knowledge in SQL language and relational databases
• Are comfortable with Excel (e.g. filters, pivot tables, lookup formulas, index/match)
• Have some programming experience, e.g. Python, C# or similar, will be considered a plus
• Possess great communication and presentation skills in English
• Can work appr. 15 hours a week (flexible hours to accommodate your academic schedule)
