Your role

As an SAP Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing client engagements, ensuring successful delivery of SAP projects, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Understanding client's needs, aligning project objectives with company goals, and ensuring the successful completion of the project at hand.
  • Lead SAP implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Play a central role in building, maintaining and enhancing client relationships and working collaboratively with solution architects and technical consultants for preparing appropriate response to RFP documents.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Your profile

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP project management with good delivery or pre-sales background having demonstrated experience in managing projects.
  • Strong understanding of SAP solutions and proven ability to manage complex projects, lead cross-functional teams and ability to respond to RFP and estimation capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Note: Nordic-based and fluency in English; proficiency in Danish is preferred. Open to travel.
