Main purpose of this role

As IT Partner, you’ll act as a key link between BoConcept’s IT team and its business units. You’ll help translate real business needs into IT solutions, coordinate projects, and support the rollout of digital initiatives that empower users across a global organization.

You’ll work closely with experienced IT professionals, vendors, and stakeholders across functions — gaining hands-on experience in digital tools, project work, and enterprise systems.

This role is ideal for someone with 0–3 years of experience who is curious, structured, and eager to grow into a trusted IT business partner.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to translate needs into IT plans and priorities
• Support project coordination – from task tracking to documentation, meeting prep, and risk management
• Assist in managing and communicating IT roadmaps and application strategies
• Follow up on IT demands, support prioritization, and maintain resource overviews
• Help prepare updates, reports, and presentations for key stakeholders
• Support IT Operations during testing, implementation, and handover of solutions
• Participate in vendor dialogue, contract review, and service monitoring under guidance

What BoConcept is looking for

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Digital Innovation, or a related field
• Internship or up to 3 years of relevant experience in IT/business coordination or support
• Interest or familiarity with enterprise systems, digital tools, or project work
• Strong communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• A proactive mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
