The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Developer with a strong foundation in the .NETframework and front-endtechnologies, and a passion for building robust and maintainable code. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative environments, values clean code and wants to make an impact beyond just writing software.

As a member of one of our product teams, you will:

• Co-create features from scratch as part of the product discovery process.
• Define and track Key Results that align with business and user impact.
• Write clean, maintainable code following "Clean Code" principles.
• Engage in pair programming and perform frequent code reviews to ensure quality and team alignment.
• Monitor and improve the features you build using data and feedback.
• Collaborate within our Developer Chapter to uphold engineering standards and share best practices across all teams.

How We Work

At Ennova, we:

• Develop our code using C#, with BlazorandAngular as our front-end technologies.
• Follow the Product Operating Model, empowering product teams to own outcomes, not just outputs.
• Practice Clean Code principles and take pride in writing robust and maintainable code.
• Share responsibility and learnings within our Developer Chapter, aligning coding standards and engineering practices across all teams.
• Have developers based in Aarhus and Bucharest, working closely across borders to deliver great software together.

Your Experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

• 5+ years of professional experience with C# and Frontend technologies
• Specific experience with Blazor and/or Angular is a plus
• A solid understanding of modern architecture patterns and front-end best practices.
• Takes initiative to learn and experiment with new tools, frameworks, or development methods to continuously improve.
• High test coverage is a natural part of how you write code, you value tests as part of the development process, not an afterthought.
• A drive for writing robust and maintainable code, you take pride in writing high quality code.
• A collaborative mindset with experience in:
• Pair programming
• Code reviews
• Agile or Product Operating Models
