Im­ple­ment­a­tion Manager – Own the process from kickoff to Go-Live

Now we’re looking for someone who can take the lead on customer implementations – keeping things coordinated, clear, and moving forward from the first meeting to go-live.

The role

You’ll be in charge of making sure new customer implementations stay on track – from setting expectations and aligning stakeholders to managing timelines and following up on tasks.

You’ll work closely with the customer’s finance team and project manager, the bank’s project managers and technical contacts, and internal colleagues across departments like sales, development, and beyond. Some projects wrap up in a few days. Others take months. You’ll help navigate all of them.

It’s also expected that you stay curious about the tasks you delegate – so you build a strong understanding of the full implementation process over time.
Since we work with companies across time zones, odd hours will occasionally occur – but the vast majority of work happens during normal Danish business hours. Physical meetings are also a natural part of the job – sometimes abroad, where you’ll represent AMC Banking.

We don’t expect you to be a superhero. Everyone has days where customer contact feels a bit much – that’s fine. What matters is that you genuinely like working with people and know how to move things forward even when things get a bit complex.

This role is a great fit if you’re curious about project management or already have a bit of experience and want to grow further.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Like leading projects and keeping momentum
  • Can be insistent with a smile when things move too slowly – and you’re not afraid to pick up the phone to make things happen
  • Enjoy customer interaction (most days!)
  • Can stay steady under pressure – and laugh at your own mistakes with the team
  • Aren’t afraid to ask for help
  • Can lead with confidence and learn with humility
  • Have some experience with IT, ERP, or banking – or at least a big curiosity
  • Are fluent in Danish and have professional English communication skills
