About the job
As a student assistant in the Learning and Development team, you will mostly be involved in- and support relevant development projects and processes with different key disciplines of HR. We take pride in everything we do – big or small – and we expect that you are ready to roll up your sleeves and participate where needed. You will have your own areas of responsibility, but together, we will also select projects where you can participate, depending on your interests.
Your qualifications:
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Psych, SOL or a similar field and have an interest in HR. You are thriving in fast paced environments with different tasks and stakeholders. We think you will fit right in, if you:

- Are organized and approach challenges with a structured mindset
- Love working collaboratively and value being part of a team
Most importantly, you are eager to learn and ready to challenge the status quo by bringing fresh perspectives to our projects.
Your areas of responsibility will include:
- Organizing and facilitating our global online Onboarding Event for all newly joined employees
- Analyze data from our offboarding survey
- System administrator for our courses in SuccessFactors
- Support our Engagement Survey
- Update our SharePoint intranet pages
- Participate in different HR Development projects and processes
Working hours will be approximately 15 hours a week. Our office is located in Ballerup, where you will experience the dynamic and social environment of our People and Culture department.
As a student assistant in KMD Group, you will be part of our strong student network where you can participate in both social and educational events. The network provides a great opportunity to achieve an even larger network across the entire company. In addition, there are social events for all KMD Group employees, People & Culture and our team.
