Junior Content & Event Manager

Your Role
As our Junior Content & Event Manager (Student Assistant) at Capgemini Denmark, you will be part of a dynamic and ambitious local marketing team, collaborating closely with colleagues in India and across the Nordic region - Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
Your main focus will be on bringing events to life - both internal and external - by supporting planning, coordination, and of course execution. Alongside this, you’ll help shape engaging content and campaign materials across digital channels, contributing to both local initiatives in Denmark and broader activities across the Nordic region. You will be reporting directly to the Pursuit Marketing and Events Manager, as well as the Danish CMO, where you’ll collaborate across teams to plan, create, and optimize content and campaigns that drive engagement, support our brand, and contribute to a consistent and impactful market presence.
Your Key Responsibilities
Event Management
- Assist in planning and executing both internal activations and external, client-facing events
- Support with event content, practical coordination, communication, and follow-up activities
- Help ensure our events are on-brand, well-organized, and deliver a memorable experience
- Work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and other teams to align messaging and objectives across event touchpoints
Content (& Campaigns)
- Plan, create, and publish content for our social media channels – especially LinkedIn
- Write and edit content in both English and Danish, including social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, campaign materials, and event-related content
- Support the planning and roll-out of marketing campaigns aligned with local and Nordic business goals
- Ensure brand consistency and creativity across content, visuals, and messaging
- Track and report on social media and campaign performance using tools like LinkedIn Analytics and Salesforce/Pardot
- Identify learnings and suggest optimizations to improve engagement and reach
- Collaborate closely with the Danish team and our extended team in India to manage tasks efficiently
- Contribute to Nordic collaboration across Sweden, Norway, and Finland on joint marketing efforts
Your Profile
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with event coordination and/or marketing campaigns is a plus, but not a necessity
- Creative mindset with strong writing skills in both Danish and English
- A flair for visual content and an understanding of the value of imagery and video in marketing
- Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Salesforce, Teams, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks and timelines – especially during busy event periods
- A positive, proactive team player who enjoys collaborating across cultures and locations
And most importantly – eager to learn and grow your skills across a diverse portfolio of activities, platforms, and people
