Infrastructure Specialist – Private Cloud & Storage

You will play an important role in:
- Defining and maintaining target architectures for private cloud infrastructure, covering compute, virtualization, storage, and SAN networking.
- Collaborating with the Public Cloud team to design unified hybrid cloud architectures and shared infrastructure standards.
- Acting as technical counterpart for the external private cloud provider to steer implementation and ensure architectural alignment.
- Designing and governing the SAN switch fabric and storage network configurations in coordination with provider and internal teams.
- Ensuring infrastructure platforms meet security, compliance, and availability requirements across the entire lifecycle.
- Coordinating with internal service teams (e.g., OS & Middleware, Network, Backup) to ensure seamless platform integration.
- Providing architectural guidance in projects and assess platform changes, incidents, and capacity trends from a strategic perspective.
We imagine that you have:
- A degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of virtualization, compute, and enterprise storage architecture (e.g., VMware, NASUNI, Hitachi, Veeam).
- Experience with designing and steering enterprise-grade infrastructure platforms.
- Familiarity with IT service management and collaboration with external providers (e.g., under SLA/OLA).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (technical and non-technical).
- Fluent in English (spoken/written).
- Knowledge of IT security, compliance, and availability best practices in infrastructure design is an advantage.

- OS & Middleware Services – Manage our Operating Systems, Databases and the Middleware.
- Private Cloud Service – Offer Private Cloud Services.
