IT Project Manager


Advansor is looking for an IT Project Manager to become a part of an international organisation driven by finding the best customer solutions.

Your role

We have recently redefined our focus on IT and Digitalization and are extending the team. As our new IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering IT projects timely and within the budget. You will therefore play a key role in supporting key strategic IT initiatives and your first task will be to manage our implementation of Microsoft D365 FO as our new ERP platform.

You will be based at our head office in Brabrand, Aarhus with reference to our new IT and Digitalization Director.

Main tasks

Your main tasks are:

  • Project Manager for Implementation of Microsoft D365
  • Create business cases for IT projects together with the Business Process Owners
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis
  • Score IT projects and set project objectives
  • Establish the relevant project organisation
  • Lead project team to deliver on IT projects
  • Support change management of the projects
  • Support IT applications to reflect business processes and data flow

Your background

You have a proven track record within IT Project Management and especially ERP implementation projects in production companies. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of ERP systems – preferably Navision and D365

Besides a solid insight and experience within IT and project management, you thrive with enabling teams through an outstanding overview and ability to manage resources and stakeholders across different departments.

To succeed in the role, you need to have a systematic and structured approach. As a person, you are self-driven, with a strong focus on the goal. You value a good working environment and like to contribute to the good atmosphere yourself.

Finally, working in an international environment requires solid English and Danish language skills.

Salary is decided based on your qualifications.
