Global ERP Manager, Denmark

On behalf of our client in Jutland, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Global ERP Manager to take full ownership of the company’s SAP and WMS platforms. In this key leadership role, you will define and execute the global ERP strategy, ensuring systems that support efficiency, scalability, and innovation across production and wholesale operations.

The team

You will manage a global team of over 30 professionals, including application specialists, solution architects, and support staff. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across supply chain, finance, production, and sales to align business needs with technical solutions.

The position

Your key responsibilities include the following:

Define and drive a global roadmap for SAP and WMS aligned with business goals, while leading standardization and digitalization across production and wholesale. Ensure the stability, performance, and security of ERP and WMS platforms, including integration with CRM, MES, e-commerce, and BI systems. Manage key vendor relationships, including SAP and implementation partners.

Lead and develop a global ERP/WMS team, fostering a strong culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. Act as a strategic partner to business leaders to ensure IT initiatives create measurable value.

Drive major ERP/WMS projects such as global rollouts, upgrades, and process improvements, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery. Promote best practices in project execution, change management, and governance.

Ensure all systems meet compliance requirements including ISO27001 and GDPR, while maintaining effective governance and risk management frameworks.

The candidate

• Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of ERP experience with strong SAP expertise (preferably S/4HANA), and a background in global ERP/WMS environments.
• Proven leadership of international teams and large-scale ERP/WMS projects within production, supply chain, or wholesale.
• Solid business understanding across operations, finance, and logistics, with the ability to translate needs into system solutions.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities, with fluency in English
