Ex­per­i­enced System Ad­min­is­trat­or (Hybrid Infra + Azure + DevOps mindset)

At Spillehallen.dk, we're looking for one seasoned System Administrator who can navigate the world of both traditional on-prem infrastructure and modern cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure. But we're not just after someone who knows servers and storage — we want someone who understands pipelines, automation, and the importance of tight collaboration with development teams.

What you'll be working on:

• Operating and improving our hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + Azure)
• Managing Azure environments: VMs, networking, security, policies, resource groups, etc.
• Automating the boring stuff — using PowerShell, Azure Automation, or whatever tools you like
• Ensuring our CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes run smoothly from ops to dev
• Bridging the gap between infrastructure, operations, and development — you speak both languages
• Monitoring, incident response, documentation, and proactive problem-solving

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years as a sysadmin, infrastructure specialist, or similar role
• Solid experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Familiar with pipelines, DevOps tools, and infrastructure as code (we’re not expecting you to write all the code — but you should know how it flows)
• Comfortable taking responsibility, communicating clearly, and getting things done across teams
• Bonus points if you’ve touched:
  • Microsoft 365, Intune, or endpoint management
  • Linux (yes, we run a bit of it)
  • Security, compliance, and zero trust principles
