How we handle open applications

We go through open applications weekly, so if an opportunity arises, we will contact you soon. We also check the open applications whenever we have a new job opening. Due to the number of applications we receive, we are unfortunately unable to contact all applicants personally to let them know that there are no suitable roles at the moment.

Here’s what you can expect if we see a potential match between you and Capgemini

  • Step 1: We'll reach out to invite you to the interview phase (typically 2-3 rounds)
  • Step 2: You'll meet your potential team lead (and, in some cases, other consultants from Capgemini)
  • Step 3: The recruitment process includes personality and logical assesment tests, followed by a feedback session
  • Step 4: If everything alignes, we'll proceed with background checks and move to the offer stage
  • Step 5: Hopefully, we’ll sign a contract and officially welcome you to the team!
