About the role
As a Platform Solution Architect at Queue-it, you will develop a deep understanding of both the technical and business aspects of our product to effectively address the complex requirements of our enterprise customers.
In this role, you will:
- Join customer meetings on short notice as a technical expert, guiding integration of the Queue-it solution into advanced architectures and troubleshooting along the way.
- Provide technical support by answering customer questions and collaborating with a diverse team of creative, professional, and agile Software Engineers and Solutions Architects across our three global offices.
- Assist developers in diagnosing and resolving customer-reported bugs and issues, ensuring swift resolution.
- Share customer insights with the product team, influencing the direction of future enhancements.
As part of the R&D organization, you will play a key role in keeping the Queue-it product both technically and strategically aligned to help the world’s leading brands manage their web traffic effectively.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys solving problems.
- Has a can-do attitude and strong troubleshooting skills, combining technical expertise with people skills to keep our enterprise customers happy and their Queue-it systems running smoothly.
- Knows web technologies and the HTTP stack inside and out.
- Is comfortable reading code and diagnosing issues across various programming languages, including mobile development.
- Understands algorithms and architecture at a deep level.
What you bring/skills:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience working with internet technologies.
- Background as a programmer and/or cloud software architect.
- Experience in customer support.
- Knowledge of DNS, networking, proxies, CDNs, computing, programming, HTML/JavaScript, and mobile development.
- Hands-on experience building web servers/tech stacks, integrating databases, developing data-driven applications, and implementing front-end functionality.
- Hands-on development experience is required, ideally with C# and Azure DevOps; familiarity with AWS, JavaScript, and iOS is a plus.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English (Danish not required).

About the office(s)
In this role you will be working in Vesterbro in the heart of Copenhagen. This is Queue-it’s largest office and global headquarters. Our space is designed to support both collaboration and focus, with an open-plan layout, quiet rooms, and dedicated areas for deep work. For fun and downtime, we have a ping pong table, foosball, and regular social activities. You’ll also enjoy daily snacks, fresh fruit, great coffee, and access to a subsidized canteen in the building.
