Business Analyst - AI Solutions

We are looking for a proactive and analytically strong Business Analyst to join our Data Management Department, where we work with AI, digitalization, and intelligent automation across the organization.
In this role, you will help shape and mature digital and AI-driven solutions by bridging business needs with technical possibilities. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and product owners to ensure that ideas are translated into valuable, well-defined solutions that can move from concept to implementation.

As Business Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities for digitalization and AI, structuring them into concrete solution concepts, and supporting delivery. You will not own a single platform, but instead contribute across initiatives - ensuring alignment with business value, strategy, and practical feasibility.
- Digital & AI Opportunity Identification
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify where AI, data, or digital solutions can create real value. - Concept Development & Requirements Definition
Translate business needs into clear concepts, user stories, and requirements that developers and solution architects can act on. - Pipeline & Initiative Support
Contribute to maintaining an overview of digital and AI initiatives, helping assess value, complexity, and dependencies in collaboration with product owners and management. - Stakeholder Collaboration & Facilitation
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and alignment sessions across departments to ensure shared understanding and buy-in. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with developers, data specialists, IT, and business teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with architectural and strategic principles. - Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
Ensure solid documentation of concepts, decisions, and assumptions - supporting transparency, learning, and future reuse.

To succeed in this role, you combine analytical thinking with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in digitalization and AI. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping others create clarity.
You likely:
- Hold a degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a similar field
- Have experience with or strong interest in digitalization, AI, data, or automation
- Understand how business processes, data, and technology interact
- Are structured, curious, and able to drive work forward independently
- Communicate confidently with both technical specialists and business stakeholders
- Have experience with tools or concepts such as AI use cases, data-driven solutions, automation platforms - or are eager to deepen your skills
