Role Overview
As a Senior Finance Systems Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering finance transformation projects, supporting clients during and after system implementations, and acting as a subject-matter expert across ERP / Finance systems, accounting processes, and automation.
You will work closely with consultants, developers, and clients to ensure systems are correctly designed, configured, and adopted, bridging finance, technology, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Systems & Process Consulting
- Act as a senior advisor on finance processes, accounting structures, and system design
- Support and lead 2CLICK Accounting implementations, including posting logics, automation rules, OCR/AI configuration and integrations with sub-systems
- Support ERP implementations including data migration
- Advise clients on best-practice process design, not 1:1 replication of legacy workflows
Implementation & Delivery Support
- Act as finance lead in implementation projects, working closely with technical teams
- Support testing, validation, and go-live stabilization
- Troubleshoot finance-related system issues and translate them into actionable requirements
- Support post–go-live stabilization and optimization phases
Client & Internal Collaboration
- Work directly with client finance teams (CFOs, Heads of Finance, Accounting Managers)
- Support junior consultants and act as a quality gate for finance-related deliverables
- Contribute to development of standard implementation templates and playbooks
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Strong background in finance / accounting (ideally 6+ years)
- Solid understanding of general ledger accounting, AP&AR processes, month-end and year-end closing, multi-entity and multi-profit-centre setups
- Hands-on experience with ERP / Finance systems
- Experience with accounting automation tools or OCR-based invoice processing is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working in implementation and consulting environments

- Structured, proactive, reliable, and delivery-oriented
- Strong communication skills in Danish and English (any other language is a plus)
