We’re rebuilding our platform operations. Want to own it?
We’re not hiring a traditional sysadmin.
We’re looking for someone who understands infrastructure as a living system — and wants to simplify it.
Someone who can keep things running today — while helping us design how they should run tomorrow.
The situation
Most infrastructures grow slowly into:
- too many moving parts
- too much manual work
- too many hidden dependencies
- too high operational cost
We’re actively moving in the opposite direction.
Our focus:
- reduce complexity
- automate everything repeatable
- hybrid infrastructure that actually makes sense
- tighter integration between dev and ops
- AI-assisted workflows where it adds real value
What you’ll actually do
You won’t just maintain systems — you’ll evolve them.
- Operate and simplify our hybrid setup (on-prem + Azure)
- Design automation instead of doing repetitive tasks
- Make deployments boring (in the good way)
- Improve pipelines and environments together with developers
- Remove friction between dev, ops and infrastructure
- Monitor, prevent, fix — and improve the root cause
If your instinct is “can we automate this?” — you’ll fit in well.
Stack (today — not forever)
- Hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + Microsoft Azure)
- Windows Server / AD / DNS / DHCP
- Azure VMs, networking, policies
- CI/CD via Azure DevOps
- PowerShell & automation tooling
Bonus if you’ve worked with:
- Microsoft 365 / Intune
- Linux environments
- Security / zero trust thinking
But tools matter less than mindset.
Who you probably are:
- You don’t see a wall between dev and ops
- You prefer removing complexity over adding tools
- You automate first, document later
- You take ownership without waiting for permission
- You communicate directly and clearly
You know that keeping systems stable and improving them are the same job.
Why join:
- Real influence on architecture and infrastructure direction
- Minimal bureaucracy
- Direct collaboration with developers
- Autonomy and trust
- A team that values competence over titles

No formal cover letter needed, just a short intro, CV and References; even better send something you’ve built, improved, automated…
