Customer Success Manager for Enreach


Leadr Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client, Enreach, for a Customer Success Manager for Outbound. This role covers customers across Denmark. Based in Southern Copenhagen and reporting to the Head of Customer Relations, you will play a key role in strengthening customer engagement, retention, and growth across the Outbound customer portfolio.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of customers and act as their primary trusted advisor. You will work proactively with onboarding, reporting, and ongoing follow-ups to strengthen relationships, increase customer satisfaction, and support retention and growth. Value creation is a core focus across all aspects of the role, requiring you to actively work with value propositions and ensure that customer dialogues, initiatives, and solutions are consistently anchored in the value delivered to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively drive customer satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and expand customer value potential
  • Manage and develop relationships with empathy and compassion for 20-30 Outbound customers in Denmark
  • Lead and drive onboarding to ensure a strong, value-driven start for customers
  • Analyze customer data and drive improvement initiatives to increase value and engagement
  • Educate customers on how to maximize feature usage and introduce new product releases
  • Discover and expand revenue potential within the customer portfolio

Your profile

We are looking for a highly service-minded and customer-centric profile who naturally exceeds customer expectations through clear and value-driven communication. You take a solution-oriented approach with a commercial mindset and strong analytical skills - listening to understand, asking the right questions, and proactively identifying the best way forward.

We imagine that you:

  • Come from a background within sales, support, consultant, CS/CX or a similar customer-facing role
  • Have strong relational skills and a high EQ with solid communication abilities
  • Are motivated by creating strong customer outcomes in a value-driven environment
  • Thrive in an evolving organization with a high degree of self-responsibility
  • Communicate fluently in Danish and professionally in English, both written and spoken
  • Have experience working with turning data into customer insights
  • Have tech-savvy - in other words we don’t need you to be the next developer, but you understand and enjoy working with tech
