Your Role

As a senior SAP S/4HANA Finance expert, you will help clients identify finance challenges and turn them into clear S/4HANA opportunities, solutions, and implementation roadmaps.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance aligned with business needs and best practices.
• Advise finance executives and build trusted client relationships across all key Finance areas (GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Performance Management, Treasury).
• Serve as the overall finance lead in large S/4HANA programs, ensuring successful delivery of Finance and Controlling solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to secure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Lead finance teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Stay up to date with SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities and industry trends to continuously strengthen our services.

Your Profile

• Experienced Finance Lead or Solution Architect with a strong track record from global SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
• 10+ years of SAP S/4HANA Consulting experience. SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of financial processes and the ability to translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients and project teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Note: You need to be Nordic-based and have fluency in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is mandatory. Open to travel.
