Intern, Warehouse Support & GMP Team

About the role
We are looking for a colleague for our Warehouse Support & GMP team, who can support daily activities and actively contribute to the development and optimization of our processes. You will become an important part of a team working broadly with GMP, support, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives and join a strong team, where we support each other and succeed. The role gives opportunity to influence our processes and help shape future solutions. You will work closely with warehouse, QA and other support functions.
Your primary tasks:
- Contributing to and executing improvement initiatives in warehouse and GMP processes
- Preparing, updating, and optimizing Value Stream Mapping and other process visualizations
- Supporting workflows, document processes, and operational needs in the daily operations
- Helping identify and drive process optimizations
- Coordinating and assisting with minor IT-related tasks and system support
Your new department
The Warehouse Support & GMP team plays a key role in ensuring a stable, efficient, and GMP‑compliant warehouse operation. The team supports daily warehouse activities through close collaboration with operations and acts as a vital link between the warehouse, QA, and other support functions. The team consists of 10 highly competent and dedicated employees, who work focused and proactively to support both daily operations and the continuous development of the warehouse.
Who are you?

You thrive in collaboration and are naturally good at building strong relationships. You feel comfortable navigating digital systems and enjoy using IT to support smarter workflows. Perhaps you already have experience with process optimization and visual tools like Value Stream Mapping — or you’re simply curious and eager to learn more. Most importantly, you bring a natural curiosity and a genuine desire to grow and contribute.
