Strong Technical Project Manager with in­ter­na­tion­al ex­per­i­ence

Are you a strong technical Project Manager with international experience who thrives at the intersection of technology and business? At Unik, Internal IT is accelerating towards a stronger project culture, and we are looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager to help us drive impactful initiatives across the organization.

In this role, you will act as a bridge builder between IT and the business—able to understand and translate both “languages”. You can engage with stakeholders on goals, value, processes, and change, while also navigating technical realities such as platforms, integrations, identity, cloud, and operational constraints.

This newly created position, is reflecting a shift in our needs, towards hands-on project leadership, execution, and adoption across Internal IT and Unik.

Key responsibilities

• Drive internal IT projects end-to-end, from initiation to delivery
• Apply appropriate project governance combined with agile execution practices
• Act as a trusted link between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Ensure transparency around scope, priorities, risks, and progress
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and ways of working within Internal IT
• Support proactive capacity planning, prioritization, planning & forecasting across a mixed portfolio of projects, daily operations, tasks, and service & support
• Given the international nature of the role, some travel activities are expected (up to 30 days a year)

Your profile

• Proven experience as a technical project manager in complex IT environments
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2 or similar) and agile ways of working
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Structured, pragmatic, and delivery-oriented
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with changing priorities

Education

A relevant master’s degree, bachelor’s degree, courses, and/or certifications can be beneficial. However, the specific education type is not a determining factor that makes or breaks a candidate — we value demonstrated capability, curiosity, and delivery impact, above formal labels.
