Sales Executive
Help bring advanced cybersecurity services to organizations facing today’s most complex digital threats. This role offers the opportunity to drive new business, build long-term customer relationships, and work closely with cybersecurity experts while contributing to CSIS’ continued growth.
As Sales Executive, you contribute to the company’s success by building strong and trusted customer relationships with both new and existing customers. This includes identifying new potential customers and leading sales processes from the initial presentation through to contract, always with a strong understanding of the customer’s needs.
You will bring your knowledge of cybersecurity into play together with a strong team of IT security specialists, focusing on defining and delivering the best cybersecurity solutions for each customer. You will also represent CSIS at events and on social media, helping maintain the company’s renowned reputation and brand within the cybersecurity community.

About you
You are a driven and relationship-oriented sales professional with a strong interest in cybersecurity. You thrive in a competitive environment where you take ownership of your results. You work independently and bring structure and discipline to your sales activities, while also valuing close collaboration with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for customers. You communicate confidently with both business and technical stakeholders and are comfortable presenting complex solutions in a clear and compelling way.
With our sales team expanding, the right candidate will have the opportunity to step into a sales leadership position, ideally bringing prior leadership experience or a proven ability to take on leadership responsibilities.
You bring
- 5+ years of professional experience within cybersecurity sales
- Strong business background with experience selling directly to customers, demonstrating strong hunter skills
- Demonstrable track record of managing a personal pipeline and hitting or exceeding targets
- Breadth and depth of a professional network in the Danish security industry
- Fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken
Additional/desirable key skills and experience:
- Ability to understand, articulate, and discuss technical security topics
- Understanding of key vendors in the security space, particularly in SIEM, EDR, and NDR
- Experience selling MDR services
- Understanding of legislative demands and compliance requirements related to cybersecurity
- Team leadership experience
Your primary responsibilities will be
- Identify and target customers with high revenue potential
- Follow up on leads from the company’s demand generation activities
- Hold sales meetings to present CSIS and its offerings, identify needs, and create alignment
- Collaborate with colleagues across the company to structure and validate service offerings
- Lead the sales process from sales presentations to contract negotiation
- Help design and articulate Proofs of Concept/Trials, if necessary, as part of the sales process
- Support service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct ongoing account management and networking
- Represent the company at events and on social media
