Java developer

We are looking for a Java Developer to join our core development team in Frederiksberg.

You will contribute directly to the development of our next-generation banking platform, building robust, scalable solutions that handle complex financial workflows for companies worldwide.

This is a hands-on role in a small, highly skilled team where ownership, collaboration, and technical curiosity are essential. You will be expected to take responsibility for your work while actively working with others to solve complex problems.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications
• Contribute to the architecture of our banking platform
• Build scalable, secure integrations between ERP systems and banks
• Troubleshoot complex issues across systems and workflow
• Work closely with colleagues across the team to find the best solutions
• Participate in code reviews and maintain strong engineering standards

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience with Java development
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to take ownership and drive tasks forward independently
• Strong collaboration skills – you work well in a team and communicate clearly
• Comfortable working on complex technical challenges with others
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with Git or similar version control systems
• Familiarity with: CXF, Angular, Gradle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, JavaScript, Jenkins
• Understanding of secure coding and system integration
