Are you curious about the different fields within IT infrastructure and enjoy exploring unknown territories?

Your primary function will be to prioritise and solve IT infrastructure tasks as well as escalate relevant tasks to the correct owners. You will be part of an operational team handling tasks all the way from 1st to 3rd level support.
