An action-oriented Scrum team

Based at our HQ in Hedehusene, you will become part of a vibrant scrum team in charge of delivering value based on our IGA solution. The team consists of a scrum master and a great mix of business analysts, architects and developers who will welcome you to an international setting.

“It’s a team with a highly execution-oriented culture, and we have the capacity and determination to deliver value in accordance with the backlog,” Henning goes on to explain.

You own the IGA solution

As the IGA Product Owner, you will become the link between business stakeholders and your team as you work to ensure that the IGA solution aligns with customer needs and drives business value.

More specifically, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into epics guiding the development team and ensuring alignment across our many stakeholders. Your overarching goal is to maximize the value we deliver to the business.

You can look forward to:

• Developing a product vision and strategy
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, end-users, and subject matter experts on gathering requirements
• Managing the backlog
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to define features, functionalities, and acceptance criteria
• Planning sprints and participating in agile development processes
• Creating and maintaining detailed product documentation, user guides, and training materials
• Maintaining effective stakeholder communication

Experienced product owner with great communication skills

You are the right fit for this role because you know how to balance technical considerations with business priorities, making this the basis for informed product decisions. Also, you are known for your great problem-solving skills, your ability to stand your ground when needed and your aptitude for turning complex concepts into actionable requirements.

Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Also, we imagine that you:

• Have experience as a product owner or from a similar role, ideally in the identity and access management, workflow or cybersecurity domain
• Have experience working in an agile setting, with a solid understanding of Scrum or Kanban practices
• Speak and write English fluently

Lastly, it is a plus if you:

• Are familiar with SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar identity management solution
