SAP Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully transitioning and managing SAP implementation/migration projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of SAP solutions, especially the ERP, excellent leadership, and exceptional communication skills, knowledge of SAP Activate and agile methodologies and ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audience.

About the Role / You

Now we are hiring a Project Manager with deep knowledge in Enterprise Platforms, with good exposure to services on large enterprise platforms like SAP. In this role, you will work with some of our biggest Nordic customers and help them through the implementation of their digital strategy. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, and it is important that you understand not only the SAP solutions technically, but also the customer’s overall strategy, and how Cognizant’s team can help in the adoption of the solutions.

As the primary point of contact for SAP implementation projects, you will:

• Lead, facilitate and coordinate project activities including project planning and stakeholder management
• Ensure alignment within the project team and relevant stakeholders from the client, but also from other Cognizant teams working at the same client in adjacent projects
• Coordinate activities such as workshops, testing activities, deployment to production, knowledge transfer, etc.
• Facilitates daily stand-up, iteration planning, sprint review, and iteration retrospective meetings.
• Develop project plans including timeline, resource planning, activity break down, risk assessment and budgeting.
• Ensure continuous alignment with relevant stakeholders and management, resent project progression and updates at gate meetings.
• Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations
• Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
