Infomedia is looking for a skilled System Administrator to join our dynamic team of tech specialists to maintain our Danish product platform and provide essential office support.

The position and your responsibilities

As System Administrator, you will work as part of our IT Operations team responsible for regular office support and the support, maintenance, and operation of our Danish product platform.

Within the team, tasks and projects are distributed based on know-how and interests. The team consists of four people in Copenhagen and five people in Tallinn, and you will report to the Head of IT Operations in Copenhagen.

The team hosts and maintains a normal office domain with Office 365, Microsoft Entra, and Azure login integrations with CRM systems, client deployments, etc. We support about 220 colleagues across Copenhagen, Aarhus, Oslo, Stockholm, and Tallinn. The team shares an emergency phone, which is only to be used in case of downtime. There are very few calls.

IT Operations and our IT Development team share responsibility for the Danish product platform. The platform consists of cloud applications, VMs, and barebone installations. The team does everything from security patching, load balancing, scaling of solutions, deployment of applications, SQL maintenance, etc. We focus on automating as many processes as possible, including centralized server and application monitoring. We run both Linux servers with open-source technology and Windows servers with .Net technology.

We would like to hear from you if you…

  • Are an all-round IT generalist with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Enjoy helping people and working in a team
  • Follow trends, technologies, and incidents surrounding IT Security
  • Are experienced with Microsoft Active Directory (and possibly Entra and Intune)
  • Are happy to work with both Microsoft Cloud solutions, Linux, and Windows VMs
  • Can communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
