Active Directory Architect for our global Identity Product Team

For our global Identity Product Team, we are looking for an Active Directory Architect that will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID environments. The role requires extensive experience in directory services and a strong focus on security best practices.

You will play an important role in:

• Develop and implement identity management architectures and solutions.
• Design, create and analyze detailed workflows and documentation of IAM processes required to maintain security and minimize threats.
• Maintain and document IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
• Research and recommend IAM standards and processes for projects and system implementations by working across the organization to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Utilize scripting tools and automation as part of the design and build.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Ensure that IAM solutions adhere to industry best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.

We imagine that you:

• Have extensive experience in AD/Entra ID architecture, including design, deployment, and optimization of complex directory environments.
• Have experience in integrating AD/Entra ID with cloud platforms.
• Have a strong understanding of IAM domain knowledge and security best practices.
• Can identify security issues and develop mitigation plans.
• Are used to collaborate with stakeholders from different departments and can convey complex technical concepts, also to business stakeholders.
