Student Worker with Strong Interest in Business Processes and Digitalization
Student Worker with strong business process and interest in digitalization for our Strategy, PMO and Process Department at Everllence Aftersales, Copenhagen, Denmark.
Do you have a positive mindset and enjoy organizing and structuring tasks, especially in IT and business environments? Are you driven by a natural curiosity to dive into the technical aspects of digital solutions? Then this could be the job for you. We are looking for a student worker to support our digital infrastructure in our PMO by assisting with operational activities and gaining experience in identifying business opportunities.
You will have flexible requirements for on-site work, with a minimum of 1 day a week at our office in Copenhagen during normal working hours (8-16). The rest can be done virtually. Furthermore, you will also gain experience working in an international organization, with an innovative, ambitious, and skilfully diverse team, where English is the preferred language. You will have the opportunity to tackle challenging tasks and develop your skills rapidly, with full support and training provided.
You will play an important role in:
As a student worker, your tasks will be:
- Assist in lifecycle management of digital tools
- Update training and communication material
- Assist in maintaining data quality
- Various project management support tasks: planning, workshops, documentation, meetings, presentation material, and other ad hoc tasks originating from this and related solutions
- Support in anchoring initiatives through creating intuitive video training and learning flows
- Graphical illustration support
We imagine that you:
- Are a 1st year Master student in the field of IT, information systems, digitalization, data management, business development, or a similar field.
- Have a natural curiosity and drive for digital tools and business development.
- Have an interest in learning more about strategy execution, project management, process management principles, and creating synergies with digital tools.
- Are excellent in English – orally and written.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Wants experience with technologies such as SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and Project for the web.
- If you have previous working experience in a related field, it is considered a plus.
- Have a natural interest in bridging the gap between digital tools and business processes.

You will be part of the department responsible for Strategy, Project management office (PMO) and Business Processes in PrimeServ Denmark. The objective is to support the aftersales business in growth initiatives through our strategy by executing projects and anchoring it in our processes. This often includes management of projects with the ultimate aim to be more reactive to change, streamlined and efficient in our day-to-day business processes. The department functions as an internal consultancy and initiatives can vary in length and intensity.
