Here’s what the job entails
In the role, you will contribute to the development and refinement of algorithmic trading strategies and apply your analytical and programming skills to solve complex problems using real-world data.
Your key responsibilities include:
- development and backtesting of trading strategies using Python and machine learning frameworks
- maintenance and improvement of existing models and tools to ensure performance and reliability
- analysis of large datasets to identify trading opportunities and patterns
- ownership of specific projects or components, and driving the process from design to implementation
- supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks and contribute to ongoing research and development

As you will be working with quantitative analysis, we imagine that you have a strong analytical approach combined with a proactive mindset. In addition, we imagine you being a clear and efficient communicator who understands the importance of knowledge sharing and teamwork.
We also imagine that you:
- have an advanced degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field
- are at an expert-level proficiency in Python and have experience with production-level code
- have extensive experience with machine learning techniques and frameworks
- are experienced in working with real-world data and solving analytical problems
- can work analytically and with a strategic mindset
