Business Analyst - RPA and Workplace Auto­ma­tion

Do you enjoy optimizing processes, building structure, and transforming ideas into practical solutions? We are looking for a proactive and driven professional to join our Data Management team as Business Analyst – RPA and Document Understanding. You support the product owner for RPA in defining automation-ready processes, managing change, and engaging stakeholders across the organization. As part of the role you work with product ownership for our document understanding initiatives, helping bring intelligent document processing into real-world use. The role would be a temporary position until primo 2027.

You will play an important role in:

As Business Analyst for RPA and Workplace Automation, you will ensure that automation efforts are aligned with business needs, matured effectively, and delivered with high quality. You will collaborate closely with both business stakeholders and developers, driving automation from idea to implementation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Pipeline Management & Prioritization
    Maintain and manage a transparent backlog of automation ideas and projects. Work closely with stakeholders to assess value and feasibility.
  • Team Coordination
    Coordinate the work of our internal automation developers. Help set direction, remove roadblocks, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Promotion & Stakeholder Engagement
    Be an ambassador for RPA and workplace automation. Actively engage with departments to identify new opportunities and explain the value of automation.
  • Process Analysis & Concept Development
    Analyze existing workflows and transform them into clear automation concepts. Translate business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work with colleagues across IT, business units, and management to align automation initiatives with strategic priorities.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
    Ensure good documentation of processes, decisions, and technical setups to support scalability and learning across the team.

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid foundation in both technical and analytical skills, combined with a keen ability to engage with stakeholders and drive digitalization initiatives forward. We are looking for someone who can independently navigate complex challenges and contribute innovative solutions to our team. This could include:

  • Hold a degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or another relevant field.
  • Have experience or strong interest in digitalization, process improvement, and automation.
  • Can understand both business challenges and technical solutions.
  • Are structured, proactive, and able to drive progress independently.
  • Are confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Maybe you’ve worked with RPA platforms like UiPath, Power Automate, or Blue Prism – or you're excited to learn.
  • Experience with Azure Dev op or similar is a benefit.
