You will play an important role in:

Everllence PrimeServ is looking for a high performing and innovative Business Analyst to lead our advanced analytics initiatives and drive BI excellence. In this role, you will:

• Design and Optimize Analytics Solutions:
  Design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, with a strong emphasis on advanced tabular modeling and data integration.
• Develop Robust Data Models:
  Lead the creation of comprehensive data models, sophisticated DAX measures, and analytical frameworks that provide actionable insights across the organization.
• Drive Strategic Initiatives:
  Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into enterprise-level analytical solutions.
• Enhance Reporting and Performance:
  Monitor, assess, and improve the performance of existing reports, ensuring they evolve with business needs and adhere to industry best practices.
• Champion Innovation and Leadership:
  Act as a strategic thought leader by mentoring junior analysts and students, facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions, and contributing to the company’s long-term analytics strategy.
• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends:
  Keep up-to-date with emerging features and advancements in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, using your expertise to drive continuous improvements in our analytics capabilities.

We imagine that you:

• Have 5+ years of Business Intelligence experience with a strong background in Power BI.
• Demonstrate advanced expertise in Microsoft Fabric, leveraging its state-of-the-art analytics capabilities to optimize data integration, streamline reporting workflows, and drive transformative business insights.
• Possess extensive knowledge in tabular modeling, DAX, and data visualization best practices, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level analytics solutions.
• Exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear, business-focused manner.
• Thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments and have a passion for using data to drive strategic business outcomes.
• Hold a degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
• Embrace leadership responsibilities by guiding and mentoring team members while actively contributing to strategic discussions and innovation.
