Product Owner / process Specialist for Vitrolife. Bridging Users and Software Development in Medtech
On behalf of our customer, Vitrolife who is a global provider of medical devices and genetic services for the IVF business, we are searching for an ambitious and skilled Product Owner in their R&D department

About the position
As an Process Specialist and Product Owner at Vitrolife your main focus will be to facilitate the connection between user needs and software development.
Your primary collaboration partners will be within product management , project manager and the development department. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine project scope into deliveries, prioritize and guide product development to ensure successful product offerings and timely delivery.
What You Bring
Your drive and ability to create progress in internal processes, along with your insight into strategic software development, are highly valued. You should therefore have experience with software development processes. Preferably you have a clear understanding of both agile and waterfall based methology
You are particularly interesting if you have a background and experience within Medtech, process management, and software development. At the same time, you most likely hold an education in IT or Health Technology.
If you have strong competencies from a similar position in another industry but wish to transition into the Medtech sector, we would also like to hear why you believe you are the right candidate.

About you
- Professional expertise within PO and Business Analytics role in product development projects. In Agile and waterfall project environments
- You maybe have experience from product development in a regulated industry(eg. Medico, pharma) ideally whíthin design a Control framework/environment.
- You probably have experience with EasyRequirements, Jira or similar
- You are particularly interesting if you have a background and experience within Medtech, process management, and software development. At the same time, you most likely hold an education in IT or Health Technology
- If you have strong competencies from a similar position in another industry but wish to transition into the Medtech sector, we would, of course, also like to hear why you believe you are the right candidate
- Maybe you you have tried to work together with UX professionals on new product projects
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for clear updates and documentation
- Academic degree within IT, MedTech, Computer Science or similar
- Fluent in English (oral and written). Proficient in Danish (primarily oral)
