Technical Advisor for the Digital trans­ition

You will play an important role in:

We’re looking to provide technical support for our 2-stroke marine Sales staff in the Digital transition.

As we move on from manual monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diesel engines, we embrace the possibilities of digitalization and new technologies. Using our customized monitoring software, we track Everllence large two-stroke engines from our Copenhagen Product Center, providing valuable, real-time information to shipping companies and on-vessel marine engineers.

You will play a key role in supporting our customers to better understand and embrace this digital transition.

You will:

  • Be the technical support in sales meetings. (Primarily online, but with potential for in person meetings)
  • Provide technical sparring with sales staff.
  • Conduct presentations in Customer Experience meetings.
  • Provide technical sparring and input for Customer Experience staff, in relation to customer onboarding, retention and special projects.

Outside of assisting our sales teams you will also be an integrated part of the technical team. This means directly providing expert advice to our two-stroke customers, compiling and presenting performance reports, and assist in preventing failures though the use of trend analyses

We imagine that you:

We will come to know you as a talented engineer with a profound interest in electronics, hydraulics, automation and mechanics – just like us. At the same time you have a natural flare for presentation, customer interaction and passing your knowledge on to others.

Additionally:

  • You have a technical degree and preferably some years of experience as a marine engineer.
  • Alternatively, you have extensive experience in large-scale industries and are open to changing your professional direction.
  • You have solid knowledge of IT.
  • You communicate effortlessly in English and have experience communicating across cultures, borders and organizational levels.
  • You have experience with interacting directly with customers.
  • You have experience communicating and educating others on technical topics.

When you join Primeserv Digital Denmark, you’ll become part of a team of 7 engine specialists who monitor the engines of two-stroke PrimeServ Assist customers. They form our Remote Operation Center.

Additionally, you will work closely with our Sales team, supporting them with various projects related to sales, customer retention and customer experience. The Sales team currently consists of 10 people (Sales managers, Sales coordinators, Product managers, Customer experience managers, etc.).
