For the Spare Parts Product Management team

Everllence in Copenhagen is looking for a high performing and motivated Student Data Analyst to join our Spare Parts Product Management team.

We seek a global thinker whose worldview is based on understanding and handling of data. You strive to deliver supreme results, are structured when gathering information and conceptualizing it in analytical reports and are skilled at communicating the results.

You will play an important role in:

• Working on data cleaning, data modeling, data quality, and potential automation
• Developing clear, visually appealing Power BI reports and apps
• Providing in-depth analysis of a broad range of business activities
• Documenting processes
• Communicating with stakeholders, providing user support, and following up
• Performing ad hoc tasks as needed

We imagine that you

You are currently in the first year of your master’s degree within a data-related field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar. You are a motivated learner and a collaborative team player. You are expected to work between 2-3 days a week while we offer flexible working hours, especially in periods of exams and projects.

Moreover, we are looking for someone who:

• Possesses a strong understanding of data and highly developed analytical skills
• Has experience in data visualization using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Is confident in querying with SQL and DAX languages
• Has some programming experience (e.g., Python, C#, or similar), which will be considered a plus
• Is comfortable working with Excel
• Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills in English

You will be joining a team of skilled and dedicated people focusing on product management, working in an international environment. The team consists of 6 Product Managers, 1 Pricing Manager, 2 Commercial Data Analysts and 1 Student Data Analyst, representing a wide range of different competences.

We have a professional approach to our work, while having a humorous and positive environment in the team. It is not uncommon to start the day with a bad joke, meme or by getting Rickrolled.

Working at this position is my first real experience in the field and after year and half I have to say it proved to be a very enriching one. Every day I come to contact with skilled professionals which I’m very happy to learn from, usually directly on projects or by overlooking their shoulders while they deliver results. I feel it’s pretty rare to be met with an approach that is present in our team, where fun and good mood meets professionality and where there is always time to explain more if needed. There is always freedom to approach tasks with your own ideas and look for solutions together. I recommend this position to anyone who looks for practical, interesting (and fun ) job in the field.
