Your role

As a GRC Expert at Capgemini, you will play a key role in guiding our clients through their governance, risk, and compliance journeys, ensuring robust frameworks that support secure and resilient digital transformation. You will collaborate across teams to embed GRC into Capgemini’s cutting-edge offerings in Cloud, Digital, and Cybersecurity.

In this role you will:

  • Implement and optimize GRC frameworks and controls across enterprise environments.
  • Assess and manage risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIS2.
  • Advise clients on governance strategies and translate regulatory requirements into actionable business and technical controls.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to embed security and compliance into digital transformation initiatives.

Your profile

  • Proven experience in implementing GRC frameworks and controls.
  • Strong understanding of risk management methodologies, regulatory compliance, and internal audit processes.
  • Familiarity with GRC platforms such as ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, MetricStream, or OnTrust.
  • Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP are an advantage.
  • Experience with enterprise security tools and integrations (e.g., Microsoft Defender Suite, Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk).
  • Ability to engage stakeholders and drive collaboration across teams.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information security, risk management, or related field.
  • Full working proficiency in English and Danish.
