You will be heading a growing IT department with 11 employees. In 2026, five new colleagues will be added to the team, and you will help shape the structure and lead the department in a new direction.
You lead the digital transformation from the front
This is your opportunity to take charge of a complex IT transformation. You will, for example, be responsible for:
- Leading the integration of IT operations and development
- Leading the recruitment of new IT team members
- Overseeing continuous infrastructure modernization
- Implementing ITIL-based service management practices
- Execute the new strategy in close collaboration with the T&O management team
- Building strong structures and a robust operating model
- Leading user adoption and change management

You will be part of the Technology & Operations management team, which also consists of the SVP T&O, Head of Operations, Senior solution architect and Senior information security manager. You will report to the SVP of Technology & Operations.
Experienced leader with strong technical insight
You bring over five years of experience in leading both IT operations and development teams, and with a strong technical foundation you understand what it takes to lead IT professionals without being hands-on.
With your solid understanding of Microsoft enterprise tools and ability to lead complex projects, you will be well-positioned to guide the transformation.
Additionally, we imagine that you:
- have a strong background in Microsoft enterprise technologies (e.g. Azure and M365)
- are proficient in managing networks, servers, databases, and operating systems
- have experience overseeing continuous infrastructure modernization to ensure a scalable and secure infrastructure
- hold a relevant degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- are comfortable speaking and writing English professionally
- are an emphatic, grounded and experienced leader
- ideally have a background in the financial sector
