Implementation Consultant

Are you passionate about leading change? We are searching for a new colleague to join our dedicated Implementation Team. As an Implementation Consultant, you act as both an expert and a hands-on change partner, working closely with the organization to deliver successful implementations and playing a key role in ensuring that our customers realize the intended value of IT solutions.

You will be contributing with a holistic implementation of IT solutions – from idea to user adoption – with a focus on both technical execution and organizational anchoring. This role contributes to creating the necessary conditions for benefit realization in the BEC Community through close collaboration, advisory support, and facilitation. You also support the customer facing communication from strategic to operational level.

The role offers the opportunity to work with the entire BEC and Scoutz organization – Product Management, Customer Account Managers, agile development teams a.m. and you will work directly with representatives from our co-development banks.

You will be working with implementation from many angles:

  1. Assess implementation complexity to ensure a customer perspective and planning of needed support to the banks. We use well-proven implementation approaches and best practices to ensure successful support, go-live and value realization, targeted for each initiative/deliverable. In some implementations, the communication task is heavy and requires massive coordination.

  2. Support teams in preparing for the implementation of deliverables. Provide guidance and sparring on how to ensure effective utilization in the banks through well-designed implementation materials and activities. In some cases, take a hands-on role by developing materials, facilitating webinars, and actively participating in rollout activities.

  3. Design and deliver go-to-market plans, marketing material and branding towards banks’ end-customers

  4. We use data insights to be able to follow up on rollouts and user adoption. These insights are useful in customer dialogues on the success of the implementation, risks, and potentially needed reinforcement activities. Strengthen and develop the competencies in BEC to drive low complexity implementations. Generally maturing within the field of implementation, understanding the needs of BEC’s customers.

To succeed you will:

  • Have a curious mind with an open nature and desire to knowledge-share with others.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience from a similar position working with implementation, product adoption, and customer communication.
  • Master organizational change management methodologies, such as ADKAR.
  • Have strong facilitation skills.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and able to translate technical changes into business impact for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be driven by being “the customer voice” in a large organization.
  • Be fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
  • Act with authority in collaborative relationships and within own area of responsibility. High degree of self-management required, as you are often out on tasks “on your own”. You will also be a valued member of a highly skilled team within change management.

It’s nice-to:

  • Have experience in the financial and/or technology sector.
  • Thrive in being at the driver’s seat in an implementation project and set the tone.
  • Customer-centricity and anchoring of benefits for the target group.
  • Have a product focused mindset.

The location will be split between a base in Roskilde and Scoutz, which is the BEC innovative Salesforce development Hub in Nordhavn. Expect to be visible in the initiatives you support.

At BEC, we work in a hybrid remote model, coming into the office an average of 3 days a week and with an option to work remotely for 2 days a week.
