Role Overview

As a Junior Finance Systems Consultant, you will support implementation and support projects across 2CLICK Accounting and ERP / Finance systems, while building strong hands-on experience in finance transformation.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid accounting foundation who wants to move into finance systems, automation, and consulting rather than traditional accounting roles.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & System Support

  • Support configuration and setup of: posting rules and dimensions, accounting templates and automation logic, etc.
  • Assist in 2CLICK Accounting implementations and support activities
  • Support ERP / Finance system-related tasks, including testing and validation

Implementation & Operations

  • Support data migration testing and reconciliation
  • Assist in go-live preparation and post–go-live support
  • Help analyse accounting issues and system errors together with senior consultants
  • Document processes, configurations, and client-specific setups

Learning & Development

  • Learn finance best practices across multiple client environments
  • Gradually take ownership of defined work packages under guidance
  • Grow into a finance systems specialist role over time

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or vocational education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar, preferably with 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or ERP support
  • Basic understanding of general ledger accounting, AP&AR transactions (invoices, payments), month-end closing processes
  • Interest in finance systems, automation, and technology

  • Comfortable working with systems and data
  • Reliable team player with hands-on mindset
  • Fluent in Danish and English (any other language is a plus)
