Student Assistant – Digital Productivity Adoption
Do you want to help drive UI/UX and adopt new digital solutions across a large international organization? Are you a strong communicator who can translate complex IT concepts into clear, actionable messages?
As a Student Assistant in Group IT at Everllence, you will play a key role in supporting our transformation by ensuring employees understand, engage with, and successfully adopt new initiatives.

Responsibilities
In this position, you will support both operational and transformation activities within Group IT. You will help shape and execute adoption initiatives that support organizational change and ensure that new IT initiatives are introduced in a way that is understandable, relevant, and easy for colleagues to embrace.
Key tasks include:
- Creating and managing Purchase Orders for Group IT Denmark.
- Providing user support related to our company extranet, including guiding users in navigating the platform, and helping drive adoption through clear and timely assistance.
- Supporting adoption efforts for digital productivity projects by creating clear guidance, communication materials, and user-oriented documentation.
- Contributing to UI/UX tasks by supporting interface improvements, gathering user feedback, and helping enhance the overall user experience of digital solutions.
- Supporting design activities by ensuring digital solutions align with design guidelines and maintaining consistency across platforms.
Your Profile
You are currently pursuing a relevant degree within IT, Digitalization, Communication, or Design, with an interest in digital transformation and user adoption. You work independently, quickly grasp new topics, and communicate clearly with specialists and stakeholders. You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Danish and German are an advantage. You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office 365, and experience with SharePoint Online and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
Additional Information
You are at least in your second year of study and can work approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods. You will be joining the UI/UX & Adoption team, which consists of six colleagues based in Denmark and Germany.
