Intern - Communication & Project Support (Process Excellence)

Join us as an Intern in Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering, Process Excellence and help us strengthen process management across our production sites.
The position
You’ll be part of Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering, Process Excellence (part of CMC & Product Supply), a dynamic and innovative department leading the journey towards process excellence across our Product Supply network. We work across diverse sites and cultures to implement industry-leading standards in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Examples of tasks that you will be doing in the position as Intern in Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering Process Excellence could be:
- Coordinate stakeholders and follow up on actions.
- Support portfolio and project managers with status updates and simple overviews.
- Build and maintain SharePoint sites for process and project information.
- Create short surveys, collect feedback, and summarise insights for decisions.
- Develop clear guidance materials, templates, and basic training content.
- Map and visualise process flows (for example, in Visio) with subject matter experts.
- Help set up and run a community for process managers (agenda, speakers, communication).
Your new department
Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering, Process Excellence is part of CMC & Product Supply. In CMC & Product Supply we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.
Your skills and qualifications
- You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in business, engineering, IT, communication, or a related field.
- You are at least towards the end of your bachelor’s degree and are planning to start a Master’s degree
- You communicate clearly in English and can simplify complex topics.
- You are comfortable with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Forms, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Visio or Loop is a plus.
- Experience with change management, process documentation, or project support is an advantage.
As a person you are structured, proactive, and enjoy working with many stakeholders. We are looking for you who enjoy both creative tasks (content and visuals) and hands-on coordination.
Practicalities
- Duration: 6 months, with a possibility to extend up to a total of 12 months.
- Hours: 37 hours per week (full time) from beginning of new semester
- Location: Kongens Lyngby, Denmark.
- Start date: 1 st of June 2026
