We are now looking for a Software Engineer & Team Lead to play a key role in driving our product development forward while leading and inspiring a talented engineering team.

Your Impact

In this dual role, you will combine hands-on software engineering with team leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

You will:

• Develop and maintain secure, high-quality software (Java)
• Lead daily team activities and support delivery
• Mentor team members and foster collaboration
• Ensure quality through testing, reviews, and CI/CD
• Work closely with Product Management and Architects

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Delivering high-quality, scalable code on time
• Ensuring team progress, alignment, and effective collaboration
• Facilitating backlog refinement, estimation, and sprint flow
• Contributing to product roadmap execution and continuous improvement
• Supporting and resolving customer-related technical issues

About You

You are both a strong engineer and a natural team facilitator, comfortable taking ownership and navigating complexity.

• 3-5 years’ experience in software development
• Strong Java skills
• Experience as Team Lead / Scrum Master / Tech Lead
• Structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar

Bonus: Experience with C/C++, .NET, Docker, Spring, or security/cryptography
