Student Assistant Intelligent Business Process Automation
Do you want to work in an agile and international environment? Do you want to be part of our journey towards hyper automation? Are you passion about technology and process automation? Then you may be our new student assistant.
You will mostly work with low-code/no-code platforms: Nintex, Power Apps, Power Automate and RPA (UiPath). The role also includes supporting legacy automation solutions and their migration to modern automation platforms, as well as to assist on implementing our communication strategy.
You will play an important role in:
- Mapping, designing, and developing process automations
- Supporting the delivered automations and the governance model
- Maintaining and improving our collaboration platform
- Enhancing the documentation of the existing solution
- Participating in testing activities and contributing to test reports
- Monitoring and maintaining BI reports
We imagine that you:
- Are independent, motivated, quick learner, structured and process-oriented individual. We expect you to understand IT in general, have good communication skills and some programming knowledge. Additionally, you must be comfortable writing technical documentation.

You will be part of the Data, Software Development, and International IT Department (FID) in Copenhagen and allocated to the Intelligent Business Process Automation Product Team — which has the vision to discover, digitalize, and automate every repetitive tasks in Everllence’s daily operations that does not require human assessment.
Intelligent Process Automation focuses on improving productivity in an office environment by reshaping business processes through intelligent automation. It is a highly energetic and international delivery team with members in Denmark, Germany, and India.
Our focus is to rapidly deliver state‑of‑the‑art solutions with the right enterprise guardrails — and to have fun while doing it.
