Technical Team Lead with a Focus on Development, AI and Team Performance

Do you want to combine hands-on development with responsibility for ensuring efficient development and high team performance? We are looking for a Technical Team Lead with experience in Azure DevOps and AI-assisted development who, in close collaboration with Product Owners, translates business requirements into value-creating solutions and contributes to a high level of quality.

About the role

As a Technical Team Lead, you are an active part of the team's day-to-day work. You contribute to development, act as a technical sparring partner for your colleagues, and promote collaboration. The role is close to both the code and the people, and you will spend just as much energy on strengthening the team as on finding the right technical solutions.

Your key responsibilities

  • Planning and executing sprints, backlog management, and releases in Azure DevOps
  • Working closely with Product Owners on prioritisation, refinement, and translation of requirements
  • Ensuring high code quality through code reviews and best practices
  • Driving the use of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot in development
  • Contributing hands-on to development, solution delivery, and continuous improvement

What we offer

You will become part of IT Engineering, working closely with Product Owners and other development teams. The department is dynamic and characterised by strong technical expertise, short decision-making paths and significant influence on the solutions we deliver. You will have the opportunity to shape architecture, technology and ways of working in a modern development environment with exciting projects and a strong focus on innovation.

We offer a lunch scheme, pension, health insurance and employee benefits, including an in-house hairdresser and masseur, car wash and fitness membership.

Your technical skills & attributes

  • Experience with C#, strong technical understanding and the ability to work hands-on with development
  • Solid experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum, and working in Azure DevOps
  • Experience with software project management and successful delivery
  • Practical experience with AI tools in development, e.g. GitHub Copilot
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong skills in code reviews, best practices and ensuring high code quality

You are curious about new technologies, including AI, work in a structured manner and naturally take responsibility for your tasks. You are motivated by contributing to the team's performance, communicating clearly, and creating alignment across the business and the development team.
