Nordic Regional Coordination Centre (RCC) provides critical services and insights to support the national Transmission System Operators (TSOs) in Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark—helping ensure the efficient operation of the Nordic power system and a high level of security of supply.

We are looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager to enable structured, predictable and high-quality delivery across our application development teams and digital initiatives.

In this role, you will bridge priorities and execution. You will work closely with Product Owners, developers, testers, architects and other stakeholders to deliver well‑governed, transparent outcomes in a complex IT environment.

You will provide delivery leadership across three development teams, helping the teams plan effectively, manage dependencies and continuously improve how they deliver. You will be working in an environment where software solutions are primarily developed using C# and .NET, delivered through Agile Scrum practices, and supported by selected ITIL-based service-management processes.

What you’ll do

• Provide end-to-end delivery coordination across three development teams
• Help translate priorities and roadmaps into realistic delivery plans
• Facilitate relevant agile sprint activities, such as; planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support Product Owners and teams in balancing priorities, scope, capacity and delivery timelines
• Monitor progress, risks, impediments and dependencies, and ensure that these are addressed or escalated appropriately
• Create transparency through clear delivery forecasts, progress reporting and stakeholder communication
• Coordinate delivery activities across Product Owners, development, testing, and architecture
• Help remove impediments and create the conditions for teams to maintain focus

About you

• Experience as an IT Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Manager, Scrum Master or in a similar software-delivery leadership role
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
• Structured, proactive, and calm leadership style
• Strong background in agile delivery (Scrum / SAFe / hybrid), experience with Azure DevOps is a plus
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional software-development teams in a complex IT environment
  • A good understanding of the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, architecture and operational readiness
  • The ability to turn priorities and dependencies into realistic plans and transparent delivery forecasts
  • The confidence to challenge constructively, create clarity and support decision-making
