Im­ple­ment­a­tion Assistant – Start your career in project man­age­ment

Now we’re looking for an Implementation Assistant to join our consulting team. You don’t need years of experience – just a structured mindset, a willingness to learn, and an interest in working with people.

The role

You’ll help keep customer implementations running smoothly – from the first kickoff meeting to go-live.

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you’ll:

• Coordinate tasks, timelines, and follow-ups
• Communicate with customers, banks, and internal teams
• Help prepare meetings and keep projects on track
• Learn about our solutions, ERP systems, and implementation processes
• Gradually take ownership of smaller tasks and projects

Some implementations take a few days, while others last months. You’ll get to experience both, learning a little more with each project.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Are organized and enjoy making things happen
• Like working with people and aren't afraid to pick up the phone
• Are curious about IT and technology
• Take initiative and aren't afraid to ask questions
• Can stay calm when things get busy
• Communicate confidently in English

Experience with IT, ERP systems, or project coordination is a plus, but not a requirement. Your attitude and willingness to learn matter more than your CV.
