Test Automation Manager - SAP

As a Test Manager you will own the development and manage the Automation suite for a Customer. This includes naturally the relationships with the customers as well as the Cognizant account managers & other leaders.

About the Team / Business Unit

Test Automation is the way of testing for the future, as companies go agile and look at faster release cycles with low risk. The Quality and Assurance SAP Team works towards quality delivery which helps customers scale their test sets and meet the goals of the customer to scale their business.

About You

You will drive the Test Automation transformation, converting the manual regression scope to an automated scope, along with new development of tests in the automated environment.

This includes naturally the relationships with the customers as well as the Cognizant account managers & other leaders. Your focus will be on developing and expanding the automation suite.

Your Key Result Areas

Forge relationships with Business responsible.
Responsible for Sales, Business Development & Customer Relationship activities.
Responsible for Digital growth within the respective account, including attaining TCV and revenue targets.
Responsible for delivery of the test automation suite
Work on wider reach of Test automation across the organization
Work in a matrix organization, responsible for prospecting and other sales management goals designed

Required & nice to have Skills

Must Haves:

Strong experience in business development and account management
Clear understanding of SAP, and automation of SAP.

Nice to Have / Your chance to grow:

A strong understanding of the Pharma industry.
Prior experience forging relationships at Decision Maker Level and C-Level
University degree
