Who are we?

We work in an international environment and collaborate closely with our colleagues in Global IT and business. You will be joining the Business Engagement & RPA team, which is part of Enterprise Integrations in Global IT, an organisation with over 270 colleagues worldwide. Our team is dedicated to creating transparency and advocating for changes in IT that can optimise business areas within our domain, by bridging the gaps and breaking down silos between IT and Business. This spans IT disciplines such as projects, licences, vendor selection, and application strategies.

Your responsibilities

As our new team member, you will add your unique experience by leading technical projects, supporting business relationship management, and assisting with analytical and administrative ad hoc tasks, including but not limited to:

Technical PM

• Mobilising, leading, or participating in selected strategic IT projects
• Mapping of technical requirements into project deliverables
• Establishing governance and transparency between DSV business and IT

Business Relationship Management

• Supporting our department with strategic direction, digital transformation journey, and during M&As
• Mapping of business requirements to technical requirements
• Assisting our team with business engagement in Global IT and DSV business

Ad Hoc

• Analysing data, presenting executive summaries, and proposing recommendations for alternative solutions
• Preparing technical communication material and KPIs
• Supporting and driving selected ad hoc tasks

Who are you?

We are looking for an adaptable team member who is investigative by nature and always ready to seek opportunities for improvements – both in business and your own skills. You should have an outgoing personality, enjoy connecting with others, and not be afraid to push for what you believe in. At the same time, you should understand that new ideas must be supported by solid evidence.

With an organised mindset combined with your drive to execute, you always deliver high-quality digital materials on time.

Your qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field (e.g., cand.scient.oecon. or cand.merc)
• +2 years of experience in a larger IT organisation and demonstrate familiarity with IT architecture, design principles, and various technology domains, especially in the context of IT integrations and automation
• Proven track record with leading IT technical projects
• Experience in working cross-functionally and building relations with stakeholders and steering groups at different organisational levels
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, preferably also in Danish
