Senior Business Analyst – Con­sul­ting - Insurance


We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong knowledge of the insurance industry to join our team in Denmark. In this role, you will perform different activities in our client engagement where we support our clients in achieving their ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis on the insurance industry to provide assessments and recommendations
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to gather and analyse data
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed
  • Conduct application assessments from a product, process and functionality perspective, to evaluate and prioritize technology investments within the client organization
  • Interface with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
  • Utilize consulting skills to effectively communicate with clients, manage expectations, and deliver results

What you will bring to the team

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Good understanding of the insurance and life & pension industry and its products, processes and technologies and deep end-to-end domain knowledge incl. policy servicing, claims, bills and collections, accounting to reinsurance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English – other Nordic languages a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Consulting skills, including effective communication, expectation management, and results delivery
