Meet the team

Business Operations & Analytics is a cross-functional team consisting of Risk Management, Backoffice and Business Intelligence, covering all processes of the trade flow. You will refer to the Head of BI and on the day-to-day, you will be working closely with our Lead BI Analyst, as well as our support team of internal and external consultants, and most importantly, our stakeholders.

Our most important asset is our employees and there is a high focus on individual development. As a student assistant you will also be part of our group-wide student network.

Your profile

Your educational background is not the most important, as we value skills and mindset just as much. You are curious by nature, and you love to ask questions to quickly acquire the knowledge needed to understand the task at hand. We imagine that you are an advanced user of Microsoft Excel and have experience with Power BI, incl. DAX, Power Query, and data modelling in general.

We imagine you will help us by:

• Creating magnificent Power BI reports.
• Automating otherwise manual procedures.
• Supporting business users with reporting tools to make their lives easier.
• Connecting with stakeholders both inside and outside of the team.
• Drive your own projects while supporting and developing existing solutions.

Additionally, experience with or interest in learning the following technologies is considered a plus:

• Python
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• SQL

Please note that it is not a requirement to have prior knowledge of the energy industry to enter this role.
