Group In­for­ma­tion Te­ch­no­lo­gy Com­pli­an­ce Officer


We are looking for a Group Information Technology Compliance Manager to join our Compliance/IT departments and oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT/Compliance policies, standards, and controls across the organization. The Global team you will be joining is well-functioning and cooperation and professional sparring is a priority for everyone.

You will report to Aske Eksten, Head of IT Security , and you will have a base in our office in Copenhagen.

What can you expect?

You will be part of a dynamic and diverse Compliance/IT team that is responsible for protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Scan Global Logistics' information assets and systems. You will report to the head of IT Security and with a dotted line to the Global General Counsel and collaborate with other compliance managers, IT managers, analysts, and specialists across the organization. You will also engage with various stakeholders, such as business units, clients, auditors, and regulators, to ensure alignment and compliance with IT governance requirements.

You will lead a small team of experienced IT Compliance people, working out of our Shared Service Center in Manila.

Among others your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, such as ISO 27001, CMMC, NIS2, TISAX and Cyber Essentials.
  • Establish, develop, and update the IT governance framework, including IT policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Conduct IT risk assessments and audits and implement mitigation and remediation actions.
  • Manage IT security incidents and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide IT governance, risk, and compliance training and awareness to IT staff and business users.
  • Report on IT governance, risk, and compliance performance and status to senior management

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related field experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT governance, risk, and compliance, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Certifications in IT governance, risk, and compliance, such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CGEIT.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, such as COBIT, ITIL, or NIST.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
